ID Card Issuance

IDSoft is a comprehensive ID-card creation tool used to create personnel identity cards as per the organization’s standard. It provides user friendly environment to design the card layout with wide range of options, it facilitates various tools to add the shapes and fields on the card. The Database management Modules facilitates user to link to data source to retrieve the personnel details and print on to the card in the format it is designed.

Features

Uniform positioning of the property tab helps user to quickly navigate among the various property settings in GUI. Multi tabbed document allows user to load multiple projects in single window, and enables quick and easy navigation among the projects loaded. Each project tab has two nested tab items, one each for design and data module.

Ribbon View provides an easy access to reach the ﬁelds which are used very often in Design. E.g. – Text, Barcode, Photo, Shapes etc. Graphical appeal of the shapes and ﬁelds on the card can be enriched with solid and gradient fill.

Automatic creation of internal database reduces the burden of creating the database and tables manually.

Special fields’ concept enhances filter options and keeps track of printed or non-printed cards on external database along with additional information such as print date, printed user and remarks etc.

A user friendly interface offers easy steps to establish the connection between external databases and to link the necessary fields dynamically.

EIDSoft is an additional module in IDSoft which reads data from Emirates ID Card and display on the card and insert and update to database.

Approve Module is where supervisor can approve the records for Printing which are for printing request.

Photo Capture supports all WIA compatible devices and canon digital camera to capture the photograph, embedded preview window reduces the time and other signiﬁcances while capture the photo.

Modules

Design: Compiling various design tools used to create professional card design, such as

Shapes-Line,Rectangle,Ellipse
Fields-TextLinearBarcode/QR code,ImageDate/Time

Data: Data module facilitates to link to data source such as MS Excel, MS Access, MS SQL, Oracle and OLEDB to retrieve the card holder information and print it on the card.The data resource can be either Internal or External. Internal - Id Soft creates MS Access database in project folder automatically with respect to the variable fields placed in card design. External - It allows to establish connection with existing database and facilitates to link fields with associated dynamic fields in card design.

Print: IDSOFT supports all windows compatible printers to print the cards. It allows user to print the selected card holder details in the format it is designed, either single or bunch of cards in one click. The options like print orientation, card size, printable and nonprintable fields, encode magnetic stripe and smart card are derived from design template and applied while performing the print operation. Auto Print option enables to print the cards in background process, and helps to integrate with third party application.

Encoding: IDSoft provides an easy interface to configure PC/SC compatible Smart card/Magnetic stripe encoding, and it encodes the selected card holder details during print operation, if encoding is success then it resumes to print the card or else it will eject the card and continue to personalize the next card holder details.

Audit Trial Report: IDSoft maintains internal database in project folder to record the printed card details along with other log information such as printed date, time and user ID. This information helps to generate the audit trial report for reconciliation. There shall be an option to export the reports in Excel format and to delete the records.

TIME AND ATTENDANCE

The basic function of time and attendance system is to process the access grant logs to generate the attendance reports as per the organizational standards. It automates day-to-day activities by performing administrative tasks such as tracking work hour, calculation benefits accrued, time and expense entry, generating reports, and provides valuable information, making businessmore efficient. TNA soft is a comprehensive Time and attendance management system designed to provide a user friendly environment in order to configure the TNA terminals, and define various features of time and attendance.

Features

User Access Level: level is broadly categorized into three different Roles as Employee, Supervisor (Line Manager), Admin.

Email notiﬁcation: facilitates users to be posted with the activities in real time, which enables the actions to be taken in less time.,

Approve Forms : To approve manual corrections that are requested by the employees who are under the Manager/Supervisor. So in order to approve manual correction make sure that employee is logged as Manager/Supervisor.

Delegation:TNA system provide the facility to identify users who will be delegated TNA role of other users in lieu, for TNA related activities which includes Conﬁgure Role and Select Role.

Reprocess Data: It is used to re-calculate the data based on assigned shift to an employee.

Shift Management: It provides wide range of options to define the shift details such SHIFT START AND END TIME, BREAK TIME, IN GRACE PERIOD, DAY CHANGE, WEEK OFF, HALF DAY DETAILS and many more.

Roster Management: It provides two possible ways to create the roster MANUAL ROSTER MANAGEMENT and AUTOMATED SYSTEM ROSTER MANAGEMENT,

Over Time Calculation OT shall be calculated if and only if employee is eligible for OT and total hours are greater than shift hours, it is mandatory to have a roster created to get the shift details for the day employee is working on.

Leave Calculation

Define leave types.
Define maximum number of days allowed for each leave.
Input leaves taken by employee (restricts not to exceed maximum allowed days).
Reports day status based on leave type.

Reports: TNA soft generates sophisticated time and attendance and access control reports grouped into respective categories with various filter options.

Modules

Master Module: It allows user to create company profile, personnel details and other relevant information such as department, designation, employee status etc.

System Module: it is used to create system users, assign user rights, department level access, database backup/restore and other configurations.

Shift and Roster: This module allows user to create shift timings with wide range of options, once the shift is created, it can be assigned to different employees with respect to the date and time in which user shall work , roster can be created either manually or automated by system.

Leave: This module in TNA system is used to keep track of employee leave details to indicate the day status of an employee. Any number of leave types can be created in master module with maximum number of leave days (calendar days) allowed, and same can be used in employee leave request. Calculating leave days accrued by employee is not scope of TNA system, but it can restrict employee from not exceeding maximum leave days.

Device: As the name indicates it is used to configure the time and attendance terminals with options such as authentication mode, attendance mode, communication details etc.It is also used to transfer finger print templates and to download the transactions

Manual Punch: Manual Punch allows administrator to correct the punch discrepancy if user has missing punches due to genuine reason. Manual punch applies only for First-In, Last-Out, Break-out, and Break-In.

Reports: Reports module facilitates operator to generate sophisticated attendance reports with various filter options, and option to export to MS excel.

ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM

It exerts a computerized control that is well organized to access the resources (building, small area or room in building, assets in a building etc.). It acts as a medium between operator and Hardware (Controller). Its core functionality is to send the commands, instructions, requests and data to controller and receive alarm responses from controller, and notify same to operator.
AccessSoft is a comprehensive access control management system designed to provide a user friendly environment in order to configure the controller, readers, schedules, access levels and several ACS features.

CICO / CIFO Card-In Card-Out / Card-In Free-Out Reader Interface (V-100) can be configured either for one door control or two door control. CICO Supports single door with two readers, one at each sides of the door, one for Entry and the other for Exit. CIFO: Supports two doors by connecting Reader-1 for Door-1 and Reader-2 for Door-2 and EXIT BUTTON for both the doors for free exit. In the case of EDGE-EVO controller, it is always considered as one door control irrespective of CICO or CIFO.

Protocol Supports either WIEGAND or CLOCK & DATA reader protocol

Access Methods: There must be a proper association among the door configuration, physical reader connected and the credentials enrolled (Refer AM in card management) Door configuration support following Access Methods
• CARD ONLY (Accept CARD Ignore PIN)

• CARD AND PIN (Accept CARD and then Pin)
• CARD OR PIN (Accept Either CARD or PIN)

• PIN Length (1-15)
• Attempt (0-10)
• Time Limit (0-60 Sec)
• Lockout Time (0-300 Sec)

PIN command: PIN Commands allow a cardholder to lock and unlock readers from the reader unit directly.
• The desired reader(s) must be configured to accept PIN commands
• The card record(s) must be configured to allow the holder to issue PIN commands

Door Time Settings: Following are the timer settings to enable/disable the output status with respect to the duration configured.
• General Access Grant Time
• Extended Access Grant Time
• Door Held Open Alarm Time
• Auxiliary Relay/Output Time

Credential: A single user (Card holder) can have multiple cards/credentials Credential comprises of following elements
• Unique ID/Enrollment ID
• Authentication Mode
• Card Number
• PIN
• Expiry Date
• Access Group/Level

Card Format: Supports multiple card formats including HID Standard Format, Proprietary Format, Corporate 1000 and Open/Custom Format along with various Facility codes. Example:

I/O Linker: The I/O Linker is a powerful tool allows the systems to generate event messages or to drive outputs based on a change in an input point value, a schedule or a logical input value. It can perform following operations:
• Generate the output based on the input state change
• Generate output based on schedule
• Generate Alarm message based on certain events
• Monitor standard device status such as o AC Mains Power Fail (Provided monitored PSU) o Battery Fail o Tamper o Door Monitor etc.
• Drive device output states either individually or in a group
• Execute system commands Above operations can be performed based on following conditions:
• Input status
• Schedules
• Timers
• Special logical variables (that are internal to I/O Linker itself)
• Receipt of events

Alarm Management: Event/Alarm Messages generated real-time on hardware are displayed on screen for operator to view and take appropriate action with respect to the message. The messages are broadly categorized into following
• Access Grants or Denials
• Doors Held or Forced
• Input Point state changes
• Hardware Alarm state changes
• Task start, stop, or restart status

Health Checkup: As the name implies it helps to identify the controller communication status and address if any issue persists. It is divided into two parts based on mode of request and response between host and controller.
1. Controller to host: in this case all the controllers are enabled to send a message to host at certain interval to indicate its working status. The status of the controller is presumed to be online, offline or suspected. if there is a delay in receiving the message from controller than the predefined interval then it is marked as suspected, and wait for some more time (configured interval) and then it marks as offline if there is no message from respective controller, or else online.
2. Host to controller: this works like that of ping, operator can send a ping command to select all controllers, either online or offline status will be marked based on the result of ping command. The list of controllers(s) with status (only suspected/offline) shall be notified to concerned security operator or admin via email to take necessary corrective action.

Mustering: Mustering process utilizes the access control readers that are installed at designated mustering points to generate the list of card holders at any point of time segregated based on area. The card holders in the building can be consulted and checked off as they’re accounted for. The readers in mustering system are categorized into three different types such as Head Count, Assembly Point and Roll Call.
Roll call: List of card holders at danger zone need to be evacuated on higher priority
Head Count: helps to track the number of people at designated area such as canteen, library etc.
Assembly Point: indicates the list of people who are at safe place.

Guard Tour: Guard tour system helps organizations to execute the patrolling process and to track that the officers will accomplish their tasks within the predefined time intervals. Patrol plan includes Route, Interval, and Rounds in a day.
Route: List of checkpoints in an order
Interval: A time difference b/n each check point
Rounds: One or more cycle in a day (different starting interval)
Roster: A day on which guard will be assigned with a patrol plan

Reporting: ESS application generates sophisticated grid or template based reports grouped into respective categories with various filter options.
